Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

India

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

IGNITE GEDGETS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at ignitegedgets@gmail.com.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us for assistance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ignitegedgets@gmail.com and provide clear photographs of the package and product so we can assist you.
