Return & Replacement Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We may request photos or additional information to evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement product or store credit, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item. Once the return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds.

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement product of the same item (subject to availability), or
  • Store credit equal to the value of the approved returned item.

Store credit may be used toward future purchases on our website and cannot be redeemed for cash.
