We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling an order with IGNITE GEDGETS.
Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy instead.
How to Cancel an Order
- Email us at support@ignitegedgets.com with your order number and reason for cancellation
- Our team will confirm the cancellation within 2–4 business hours
- If the order has already been dispatched, we will guide you through the return process
Refund on Cancellation
- If cancelled within the window: Full refund processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
- If cancelled after dispatch: Refund will be initiated after the product is returned and inspected
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders that have already been shipped or out for delivery
- Customised or personalised products
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
